Bahcesehir, is one of the most beautiful urban expansion districts in western Istanbul. It is located in the European side of Istanbul and it within the borders of Basaksehir Municipality in the northern west of Kucukcekmece Lake (the Small Lake of Istanbul).

The subway will be 16 km long, cover 9 stations in 18 minutes and connect with Marmaray line that connects the Asian and European sides.
With the approval of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization on the construction of the new metro line, the influx of investors to the area has increased in Istanbul, which contributed to the revitalization of the real estate market, The metro line project is expected to increase the value of real estate investments in the area, which will see an increase of 20 percent in the near future. This rise continues gradually to peak after the completion of the new metro line.

The hospitals in all fields and specialties, providing citizens with a health service at the highest level, in addition to that there is a clinic in the neighborhood itself and is usually called the family health center. The most famous hospitals are the Başakşehir Governmental Hospital, Bahçeşehir Medical Center, acibadem bahcesehir and the Medical City Project in Basaksehir, which are expected to be the largest medical edifice not only in Turkey but in the European continent.
